This unusually protracted Yule offers the Filipino entrepreneur countless opportunities to delight customers and help them make informed choices at the sales counter.
Now in the pressure to live up to buyers’ expectations or meet the desired bottom line, let’s admit that we’ve also been at fault, over extending ourselves in the shop and neglecting our relationships with the business partners or the people in our employ.
